About me
I am Mila, a Psychodynamic Coach and Behavioural Strategist. I work with individuals, business owners, and leaders who want to understand the unconscious patterns shaping their decisions, relationships, and results in life and business.
I am a certified ICF coach, counsellor, and psychoanalytic psychotherapist with a background in business. This combination of psychological training and real-world client experience has led me to develop my own integrated method of psychodynamic coaching.
My work combines depth psychology with practical clarity to create fast, honest, and sustainable internal change. My style is direct, analytical, and deeply intuitive. I do not offer surface-level tools or motivational shortcuts.
Instead, I help you see the underlying psychological mechanisms driving your behaviour, leadership style, and relational patterns, so you can act with clarity, confidence, and grounded inner authority.

What is psychodynamic coaching?

Psychodynamic coaching is very different from standard ICF coaching.
It combines the depth of psychoanalysis with the goal-orientation of coaching. It explores the unconscious motives, internal conflicts, and past experiences that influence your behavior, decisions, and ability to achieve goals in the present.How it works:

I ask deep, precise questions while helping you see the architecture of your defense mechanisms — the hidden psychological patterns that quietly run your life.We uncover your inner conflicts.

I also work with the body somatically, because many emotional experiences, memories, and protective strategies are stored in the body.
